SAVED BY THE WAVES

SAVED BY THE WAVES

It was a nice day, the sun was out and there were no clouds. I decided to go to the beach. I was good at surfing and the waves were awesome. Lots of people were surfing to. I wanted to go but I wanted to wait for my friends. They came late so I went by myself. I was catching the waves good I hit about ten waves .I fell like twice. Then I saw my friends come. I told then to come they said well be back about 30 min. I said ok! They had left and I was by my self. It was kind of boring so I just was surfing again.

I decided to go a little farther because the waves were great. When I got farther I saw lots of small fishes. There were big ones to not that big but small. I was surfing good the waves was coming again and again I got tired so I decided to swim back. All of a sudden I saw something huge. It was gray and was swimming really fast towards me. I didn’t look back I just started peddling. The huge gray thing got closer and closer. A huge wave came and knocked me over the gray thing came and attacked me. I didn’t realize what it was but then by the cuts it was a hammerhead shark.

I was bleeding badly. I was so scared. I could see the beach. I got my surfboard and started peddling again but even faster. I saw the hammerhead aging it was making his second move. Was terrified I thought I was going to die. I was loosing lots of blood. I could see it like a puddle. The shark came again and was about to attack when another wave hit. This time the wave came so hard and the wave was about 10ft long and it hit the shark. The shark was to close to the surface that every time it tried to get me a wave came. I got to the surface and I couldn’t move my friends came running and they took me to a hospitable. It took 2weeks to recover. I came to the beach and looked at the waves. I was saved by the waves.

Identity Chart

In our United States History and Ethnic Studies class, we created an identity chart. An identity chart includes labels or symbols that represents how you see yourself and labels that describe how others see you.

How is my identity formed?
My identity is formed in the outside, funny and weak but in the inside strong and not scared.

How does your identity influence your attitude and beliefs?
My Identity influences on what I see. Also how you were raised because if you were raised in a good way then you are good in the future.
